Create New Groups
Adding a group in Egnyte lets one quickly assign folder permissions to a group of users that should all have the same level of access.
- Navigate to Settings -> Users & Groups -> Groups
- Click on Add a Group
- Enter the group name and click Save
- A notification appears on creation of the group
- Click on Add users to this group to add users. Alternatively, hover over on the group name and click on Details -> Add users to this group
- Start searching for users that should be included in this group. Once all of the desired users have been added, click Save
- Selected user(s) will be added to the group
