To disable Enterprise Key Management (EKM), follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Security & Authentication
- Switch the Encryption key provider back to Egnyte.

Click Save changes.
- If you are using Amazon KMS, a secure connection will still be in place between Egnyte and your encryption management system. You will need to contact Egnyte Support to remove this connection.
