New Features and Enhancements
Auto-Suggest in Search
Egnyte has introduced a new auto-suggest feature that helps the user find what they need faster. As the user starts typing in the search field, they will see smart suggestions for files and folders from their recent searches and bookmarks.
Increased File Request Limit in Upload Request Workflows
The file request limit within the request template has been increased from 40 to 150 files per document, allowing users to include more files per document.
Issues Addressed
Missing Username Details in Export List
Some users' username details were missing from the exported file when the customer attempted to export the data for editing.
Issues with Two Factor Authentication in Desktop App
After a recent update, the customer faced issues with two-factor authentication on the Desktop App when they tried to authenticate with their phone number using a voice call and Authy push. They did not receive the authentication call on their registered number unless they clicked on the Send more passcodes option.
Creating Folders from Templates Issue
There was an error in creating folders from templates when the default permissions for the folder copy action were set to Apply destination folder permission and the Users can override the default value option was checked. The folder should have been created with permissions set in the template, but were created with the destination folder permissions.
