New Features and Enhancements
Knowledge Base Reports for Admins
The admins can now create a report for any of the Knowledge Bases. The report comprises the interaction history of all the users along with the feedback from the last 30 days.
The report is shared on the email address of the requestor.
For a knowledge base, only one report can be generated for a particular day.

This feature is available for customers having Essential, Elite, and Ultimate plans OR Platform Enterprise or Enterprise Lite plans with the AI Add-on. Contact your account manager or Egnyte Sales team for more information.

The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionality.

These changes will be available to all users by December 19, 2024.
