Create a New Report
- Navigate to the Reports -> Permissions Management -> Duplicate Permissions.
- Select the option to create a New Report that is visible on the right pane as shown below.
- Enter the details to create a new report.
- Report name: Provide a name to the report being created
- Source: Select the source to be used for the report. Currently, the user can select only Egnyte source

Location: The default selection is All Folders. Choose Selected Folders to select the specific folder(s) for the report. The user can choose to select the sub-folders automatically during selection

Assigner: All active users is the default selection. Click on the dropdown to choose from the other available options such as All users/Selected users/Users from selected groups

Assignee: All active users is the default selection. Click on the dropdown to choose from the other options available such as All users/Selected users/Users from selected groups
- Click on create to create a new report
Access a Report
Navigate to Secure & Govern -> Reports -> Permissions Management -> Duplicate Permissions and click on a report to access it.
The report contains the following information across the columns.
- Username
- Email address
- Type
- Status
- Reason for Detection
- Content Source
- Primary - Individual Permission or Group Permission
- Primary - Inherited Permission
- Duplicate Permission Group Name
- Duplicate Group Permission
- Duplicate Permission Inherited
- Folder location
- Sensitive Content Labels for folder
- Parent Folder
- Recommendation

Export and Delete Options
- Every report has an Export option at the top-right once the user accesses a report.
- Alternatively, navigate to Reports -> Permissions Management -> Duplicate Permissions and click on the three-dots menu to export or delete a specific report.
