Knowledge Bases and AI Assistant

Egnyte announces AI Assistant, an AI-powered conversational interface that enables users to create and utilize Knowledge Bases within their Egnyte domain.  The users will have the ability to create a Knowledge Base for the selected folder(s). Ask questions and get responses, regenerate answers, verify the source(s), select suggested questions, and provide feedback using these Knowledge Bases.

Users can invoke the Knowledge Bases from AI or from any page in the WebUI.

This feature is available for customers having Essential, Elite, and Ultimate plans OR Platform Enterprise or Enterprise Lite plans with the AI Add-on. Contact your account manager or Egnyte Sales team for more information.
