The ability to preview 360-degree images is supported directly within the Egnyte Mobile apps. Users can enjoy an immersive viewing experience, exploring panoramic photos and seamlessly navigating every angle. 360 images can be explored by using standard on-screen gestures and by simply moving the device around.
Opening the 360 Viewer (iOS)
From the file listing in the Egnyte iOS app, a user can select the More [...] button to see a list of available actions. The option to Open in 360 Preview will now be available.
If a 360 image is opened in the normal preview window, a user can select the More [...] button directly from the Preview window, and then select Open in 360 Preview without needing to navigate back to the file listing.
Opening the 360 Viewer (Android)
From the file listing in the Egnyte Android app, a user can first open the file and on the preview window select the More [...] button to see a list of available actions. The option to Open in 360 Preview will now be available.
Selecting Open in 360 Preview will load the file in Egnyte’s Preview window and allow a user to zoom (using touch gestures) and navigate the image (by moving the device around).
