Public API Usage Restrictions by Plan

Is my usage subject to any limitations, such as API call limits?

Customers’ use of the Egnyte Platform is subject to certain usage caps, limitations, and restrictions, which differ from plan to plan. Certain such limitations are described below:

Monthly API Call Limits by Plan Family

  • Business: up to 25,000 calls per month*
  • Enterprise Lite: up to 50,000 calls per month
  • Enterprise: up to 100,000 calls per month

*Excludes calls from Egnyte applications. Additional calls are subject to charge.

†Egnyte Public API is not available for legacy Office and Team plans. Please contact your account manager for details on increasing your call limit or for any questions regarding your specific plan and its associated plan family.
