How Do I Customize the Upload Disclaimer Displayed to the User While Uploading Documents Using the Upload Link?
Most organizations have their own disclaimer text approved by their legal department to be reviewed and accepted by the external/internal parties invited to upload documents via upload links within their Egnyte cloud storage.
Egnyte helps customers to easily customize the disclaimer text such that they can use their own legal language approved by their legal department. The admin gets the option to override the Egnyte default disclaimer text from within branding settings.
The Egnyte default disclaimer text will be pre-configured by default; hence, there won’t be any impact on existing behavior unless you customize the disclaimer text.

Setting the Custom Upload Link Disclaimer Text
The admin can log in to Web UI, navigate to Settings > Configuration > Branding, and configure the custom disclaimer text under the Upload Disclaimer section, as shown below.
