This product is currently in Limited Availability. We invite any Customers interested in using the product to engage Egnyte Professional Services or their Customer Success Manager to have it enabled for their domain.
Occasionally, Migration job creation will fail, and you will be instructed to return to the Migration Dashboard to create a new migration.
Why did migration job creation fail?
The most common reason a job creation will fail is an Invalid source path (#2010).
- Check the source path and confirm that the user that was used to register the agent has access to the source network share. Then just create a new migration job.
- Ensure the host machine running the agent is on the same Active Directory as the network share resources where the data resides.
