Symptoms of Issue
We have had several reports of an issue occurring with Desktop App 3.12.1, where an error is repeatedly displayed on the screen, as shown below:
Additionally, offline sync may not be working either.
Currently, we are investigating the issue to find a permanent solution for it in version 3.13.x, but for now, we have found installing a Windows library is a viable workaround. You can go here to find the library needed.
You just need to download the installer and run it. Once you do so, just restart the machine and you should no longer see the error messages. Offline Sync should start working normally as well.
