Extended reporting in the Links section
With this release, the "Links" section has been extended with two new columns: Link Access and Allow Downloads.
The Link Access column shows the access type: Public, Password-protected, etc., and the Allow Downloads column clearly states whether downloading is allowed for the link.
In the exported list, we show a). all the previously available columns; b). the additional columns: Link Access and Allow Downloads plus c). one more column: Watermarking. The Watermarking column will be present in the exported link list regardless of whether the watermarking feature (currently in beta) is enabled for the domain or not.
Extended audio preview capabilities
With this release, it is possible to preview .wav audio files directly in the Web UI (does not require Advanced Video Playback capability). For more information about other supported file types when previewing in the Web UI, you can refer to this article.
Additional Information and Resources
The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionalities.
- Minor UI improvements in the File link page and Folder link page mobile view.
- Minor improvements in Download History.
- A few remaining mentions about Turbo have been changed to Smart Cache.
- Minor search, performance, and scalability refinements.
The changes will be available to all users on Aug 19, 2021.
