Improvements for username rename operations
A sporadic problem with the username rename operation taking too long has been fixed. A timeout was introduced so that the rename process will report an error in this case. The admin can retry the operation from the Web UI in the situation.

- A few remaining mentions about Turbo have been changed to Smart Cache.
- Minor performance and scalability refinements.
