What do I do when the initial Cloud Migration Agent Registration window stalls?


Please be sure to enter your entire Egnyte domain into the Associated Domain. In this case,  bazyngaco needs to be replaced with

To remedy this:

  • Click on the 3 dots (the Meatball Menu) in the upper right corner of the window.
  • Select Stop Service.
  • Restart your Agent installation, and for your domain name, enter, replacing bazyngaco as appropriate with your unique domain name.
  • Continue with Agent Registration as normal.
