What does it mean when Migration actions button is grayed out so I can't select any commands?

It's possible the source Agent is no longer connected to the cloud. This can be confirmed in the right hand Migration Overview column on the Migration Details page.

If the CMMAgent is not active for any reason, the Migration actions button will be grayed out. This can happen if the CMMAgent doesn't have network connectivity or if the Agent service has stopped running on the host Windows system. You can start the CMMAgent service by navigating to Windows Services and restarting the CMM-Agent Service.
