Configuration Settings Audit Report (Limited Availability)
We are introducing a new Configuration Settings Audit Report.
The main goal of the report is to capture changes that are happening in the administrative settings (except for changes for the roles and metadata definitions). The report covers the previous and current value of a setting, information on who did the change, and when it happened.
With this report, the company will be able to ensure and control what is happening on the administrative side. Each setting change will be displayed as a separate row in the report.
This report will be available under the Reports in the Audit section. To enable the new report, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Egnyte Support.
Local Threshold and Policy for Offline Sync
In the Applications Configuration, the admin can set a sync threshold value from 70% up to 100% of the available user disk space. After reaching the threshold, the user won't be able to synchronize new data.
Additionally, we want to introduce a Policy for offline sync, where the admin can sync all files or deny syncing folders larger a specific value.
This functionality is supported only on Windows Desktop App from version 3.10.0. The app is available in the "Apps and Integrations" section.
