Overview

Due to privacy concerns, browsers are implementing tracking protections and restricting cookie usage within IFrame elements, preventing CFS Embedded UI from work properly in various Egnyte scenarios, mostly integrations, including, but not limited to:

  • Salesforce
  • SharePoint
  • SAP
  • Dynamics
  • MSTeams
  • Appstore in iframe
  • Office Preview
  • Anything using Embedded UE

In order to prevent mentioned integrations/sites from not working as intended, please follow the below guide to disable cookies blocking (or adding Egnyte as exception if you require to keep the cookies blocked).
