  • Redirect Desktop App Users to Cloud during Turbo Software Update: In certain situations, we may push an emergency patch to address security or other critical software releases. Due to the emergency nature of such releases, a Turbo device may update during business hours. It's important to ensure business continuity for Desktop App users that are connected to the Turbo device during such updates, so we've added a feature that allows Desktop App to redirect the connection automatically to the cloud while the Turbo device is undergoing the software update. Desktop Apps will restore connection to the Turbo device shortly after the software update is successfully completed.
