In line with applicable trade sanctions and embargo requirements put in place by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Egnyte does not support access to our services from certain restricted countries, such as North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, and Iran. Egnyte users that reside in, or travel to, any location restricted by OFAC will not be able to access Egnyte.

Desktop App and Desktop Sync users that sync data for offline access can work on content stored locally on their hard drives, but such data will not sync until reaching a location where Egnyte access is permitted. To regain access to our services, users will need to access Egnyte outside of restricted countries.
