Access 3rd party integrations from the Desktop
You can now perform tasks like editing docs in Office Online and requesting e-signatures directly from the Desktop App. Simply right click files or folders from the Desktop to open the context menu and see available actions from any 3rd party providers integrated with Egnyte. To get started, install the latest version of the Desktop App and enable integrations with the third party providers you already use. Any integrations available in the web UI will automatically appear when opening the context menu in Windows Explorer and Mac Finder.
Manage skipped files
If you have files in the Desktop App that were not successfully updated, you’ll now receive a notification in the menu bar in Mac or the taskbar in Windows. You’ll even have the option to view more details of skipped files and how you can resolve the issue.

See update progress
You can now see sync progress including how many files are left to update by hovering over the Egnyte taskbar icon in Windows or the menu bar icon in Mac.
