How do I stop sync fails due to a SSL certificate error?

If the NAS system clock is incorrect, you may receive the error below when running syncs. Please correct the system clock on the NAS to alleviate the sync error. It is recommended that you sync your NAS system time to an NTP service to ensure accuracy.

If you are using Active Directory integration, it is recommended to sync the clock with Directory Server to alleviate share access problems to your Egnyte share. A time difference of 5 minutes between the NAS and your Directory Server can cause authentication issues for users accessing the Egnyte share.
