End of Support for Desktop Sync 7.x

Desktop Sync 7.x reached end of support on 7/31/2016. This means that any support requests now require an upgrade of the software prior to any troubleshooting or configuration change.   If you have any questions, please contact support@egnyte.com.

How Do I Upgrade?

Please download and install the latest version of Desktop Sync from this page.  Installation guides are also available on the HelpDesk for Windows and Mac.

Improved Performance: Experience significantly faster speeds when processing and synchronizing large data sets.

Ability to Share files directly from the desktop: Right click a synchronized file to share a link to it or choose an option to open it directly in the cloud.

Conflict notifications: Desktop Sync can notify you of changes you make that conflict with changes made by other users. See this article for more information.
