End of Support for Storage Sync for Netgear 6 Versions 8.x and 9.x

All 8.x and 9.x versions of Storage Sync for NETGEAR 6 are not supported as of 5/30/2016. This means that any support requests on one of these versions of Storage Sync now require an upgrade of software prior to troubleshooting.  If you have any questions, please contact support@egnyte.com.

How Do I Upgrade?

Please refer to this document to upgrade to the latest Storage Sync version.
