Unable to launch Desktop Sync or Map Drive DMG file installation (Mac)

If double clicking Egnyte Desktop Sync or Map Drive dmg file fails to start the installation, please

1. Delete the following files in "\ Users \ {User Name} \ Library  \ Preferences >"

  • com.apple.frameworks.diskimages.uiagent.plist
  • com.apple.diskimages.fsck 
  • com.apple.frameworks.diskimages.plist

2. Restart your Mac.

3. After completing the above steps, double clicking the dmg installer will launch the installation dialog.
