How Do I Change the Username for the Desktop Sync Application?


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Desktop Sync has been out of support since December 31, 2019. As it is approaching its End of Life on April 30th, 2024, we strongly encourage users to transition to our Desktop App as soon as possible. If you wish to change the username used for authenticating Desktop Sync, the only option currently available is to uninstall and reinstall the application.

It is important that you specify the correct path to the Desktop Sync folder to avoid the re-synchronization of your data.
