Why Do I Get a Bad Password Error When I Sync?

Bad Password errors are typically due to password changes. If your Egnyte password was changed, you will need to update your password within the Egnyte application(s). 

To do so, open the Desktop Sync settings page then go to Settings > Account Settings. Enter the new password then click Save.
