Password Expiry Notification
Now the customer can enable the password expiry notification for their domain such that when the password is set to expire, the user will start getting notified about it 7 days before the password expires and continue getting the reminder notification every subsequent day until either password expires, or the user changes their password.
The admin can enable this new notification for all the users from Settings -> Configuration -> Security & Authentication settings as per the screenshot below. Please note that this notification will not be enabled by default.
Escalations and Key Issues Addressed
Multiple “Trash contents to be purged” Mails Sent
There was an issue when sometimes admins would receive “Trash contents to be purged” email multiple times. This issue has been resolved and currently such email will be sent only once a day.
Setting "can sync for offline access with the Desktop App” Couldn’t be Saved
There was an issue where admins couldn’t set a setting “can sync for offline access with the Desktop App” while configuring a user role (Settings -> Configuration -> Security & Authentication). This issue has been resolved.
