End of Life for Backup Program

Please note that on January 1st, 2018, Egnyte will be disabling the Egnyte Backup program from backing up data to the Egnyte servers. On February 1st, 2018, we will be purging any data backed up via this client from our servers.

There are two options moving forward:

1) If no action is made, the data will be purged.

2) If you choose to take action to retrieve your data, please let us know and we will create a separate temporary Egnyte domain for you to download the data.

We know that the data stored on Egnyte may be important to you, so be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you require a new Egnyte domain.

What happens after End-of-Life Date

After February 1st, 2018, you will no longer have access to the data that was associated with backup. If you have further questions, please contact us at support@egnyte.com.
