End of Support for Older Versions of Desktop Applications

Egnyte will be dropping support for older versions of Desktop Applications. After January 31, 2018, only the following versions of Desktop Applications will be supported:

  • Egnyte Connect Desktop App for Windows (formerly Egnyte Drive) - Version 2.0.1+
  • Egnyte Connect Desktop App for Mac (formerly Egnyte Drive) - Version 1.6.5+
  • Desktop Sync for Windows - Version 9.1.2+
  • Desktop Sync for Mac - Version 9.1.2+

What does End of Support mean?

When a version of our software is no longer supported, customers using that version must first upgrade to a supported version of the application before raising a support case with Egnyte.
