Egnyte will be dropping support for older versions of Desktop Applications. After January 31, 2018, only the following versions of Desktop Applications will be supported:
- Egnyte Desktop App for Windows (formerly Egnyte Drive) - Version 2.0.1+
- Egnyte Desktop App for Mac (formerly Egnyte Drive) - Version 1.6.5+
- Desktop Sync for Windows - Version 9.1.2+
- Desktop Sync for Mac - Version 9.1.2+
What does End of Support mean?
When a version of our software is no longer supported, customers using that version must first upgrade to a supported version of the application to see if any encountered issues are already resolved before raising a support case with Egnyte.
