Filtering in Sensitive Content View

You can now drill down within the Sensitive Content view using filters in the same way as for the Issues view. Available filters are Sensitive Content policy, Severity and Source.EP1.png

Export Issues

The issue list can now be exported to a spreadsheet (in Excel file format) from the Issues view. All issues, including ignored and resolved issues, are exported. This allows you to create a customized list of issues to share with other stakeholders - like HR, Legal or Finance - who do not have administrator access to Egnyte Protect.

In a future release you will be able to restrict the export to only the current filtered list of issues.

Export Content Classification Results

Similarly to exporting issues, you can now export the list of files found to contain sensitive content within a given folder to a spreadsheet. The export option is shown within the folder detail dialog (accessed via the Show Details button for a given location).

Summary Email for Content Classification

When the initial content classification of a newly added source completes, an email summarizing all of the sensitive content that was found within the source is now sent to all Egnyte Protect administrators. You can click through this email to view the results within the UI.

Classification of .msg Files

Microsoft Outlook and Exchange email files (.msg) are now supported for content classification.
